2. Products & Condition
   All products sold are vintage and/or secondhand unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of vintage items, products may show normal signs of wear, minor flaws, fading, or distressing. These characteristics are part of the garment’s history and uniqueness. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe each item, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.

3. Pricing
   All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payment
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, we may cancel the order immediately. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

5. Shipping
   Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds
   All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless we ship the wrong product. If you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ninetyfourvintage@gmail with your order number and clear photos of the item received. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was shipped. Once confirmed, we will provide return instructions and ship the correct item at no additional cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

   All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, designs, text, and branding, is the property of 94 Vintage and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
