Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
